Nargaroth, the German black metal project of Ash, has released “Metalheart”, the third single from the forthcoming ninth studio album Apocalyptic Steel, due June 26th, 2026 via Season of Mist: Underground Activists.
“Metalheart” is a tribute to Accept and the heavy metal era marked by their 1985 album of the same name. Written as a personal catalogue rather than a historical overview, the track moves through the names that shaped Ash’s identity as a metalhead.
